Description of Silicone Gel
HN-6609A/B is a kind of addition type silicone rubber. It is a kind of ultra-soft silicone rubber with environmental protection, non-toxic and tasteless. It is an addition type silicone rubber with more and more applications. Because it is as soft as jelly after curing, it is also called jelly glue.
how to use:
1. Before mixing, firststir component A and component B in theirrespective containers.
2. When mixing, the weight ratio of component A: component B = 1:1 should be observed.
3. Degassing can be performed as needed during use. The A and B mixture can be stirred evenly and placed in a vacuum container. Degassing can be performed at 0.08MPa for 5 minutes before infusion.
4. When using addition-type liquid silicone gel, the temperature given in the technical parametertable should be maintained before and after curing, and the corresponding curing time should be maintained. If the application thicknessisthicker, the curing time may exceed, and room temperature or heating curing can be used; the curing speed of liquid glue is affected by the curing temperature. It takes a long time to cure in winter. It isrecommended to use heating to cure, curing for 20 minutes at 80-100℃, and generally about 8 hoursto cure at room temperature.
